RT @ESOP_STL: She was promoted to Captain by Chief Dotson after SLMPD was ordered to pay $175,00 in the lawsuit in 2014. In 2018, Chief Hayden promoted her to Major after being advised she and her officers lied on 4 black officers and lied in a search warrant. All 4 received back pay!
